LOUIS — A partnership including Roanoke Construction Inc., The Oakland Group LLC and BTWF Urban Initiative has opened Phase I of Scott Manor Senior Living, a mixed-income seniors housing community in St. Louis. Phase I features 42 two-bedroom units, amenity space and 1,500 square feet of retail space. The first units are fully occupied. Simultaneously with the grand opening, the partnership also broke ground on Phase II, which will add 50 one- and two-bedroom units to the property. Verena at Hilliard features luxury one- and two-bedroom residences. In addition to offering direct interior access to the Hilliard branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library, the community’s amenities include a fitness and wellness center with yoga studio, pickleball and bocce ball courts, putting green, fishing pond, walking paths and an outdoor heated patio. Green Brick Plans $400M Mixed-Use Campus in Cumming, Georgia to Include Seniors Housing
CUMMING, Ga. — Green Brick Partners Inc., a homebuilding and land development firm, has purchased 152 acres in the Atlanta suburb of Cumming. The Plano, Texas-based company plans to develop a mixed-use campus valued at $400 million at the site named Sawnee Village. The development will include 474 detached and attached homes built by Atlanta-based Providence Group, as well as more than 250 apartments, 220,000 square feet of seniors housing, and office and retail space spanning 106,000 square feet. ANNA, Texas — JPI has partnered with the City of Anna to break ground on Parmore Anna Senior Living, a luxury independent living community in Anna, approximately 50 miles north of Dallas. The property will be the first of its kind in Anna and JPI’s second installment in its new line of senior developments. The Anna Housing Finance Corp. is also a partner on the project. The 150,000-square-foot community will span over nine acres and include 185 apartments. The project is scheduled for completion in 2023.
EPOCH, National Development Opens 48-Unit Memory Care Community in Lexington, Massachusetts
LEXINGTON, Mass. — EPOCH Senior Living and National Development have opened Bridges by EPOCH at Lexington, a memory care community in the Boston suburb of Lexington. The community is located next to the Belmont Country Club and features three residential households, each consisting of 16 memory care suites. This opening marks the 11th Bridges standalone memory care community in New England for EPOCH Senior Living. EPOCH Senior Living also operates four luxury Waterstone Senior Living communities in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York.

(SBC) has completed the interior design for the newly constructed Anthology of Farmington, a 100-unit assisted living and memory care community in Farmington Hills, a suburb of Detroit. Anthology Senior Living, a CA Ventures – Senior Living Company owns and operated the property. Spellman Brady was responsible for the selection, procurement and installation of the project’s finishes, furniture, artwork and accessories. Spellman Brady collaborated with architect Roseman and Associates and general contractor Brinkmann Constructors.
WHITE MARSH, Md. — Monarch Communities has unveiled plans for Monarch White Marsh, a 188-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in the Baltimore suburb of White Marsh.
