DANVILLE and RUSSELL, Ky. — PGIM Real Estate Finance has provided a combined $15.3 million for two Morning Pointe senior communities in Kentucky.

SOUTHAMPTON, N.Y. — Greystone has provided a $58.8 million HUD-insured loan to refinance a skilled nursing facility in Southampton. 

LAKE FOREST, Calif. — Oxford Finance LLC has provided a $96 million term loan to an affiliate of Summit Healthcare REIT Inc. The funds were used to purchase 14 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Indiana totaling over 1,100 beds. 

NORTH CAROLINA — Monticello Asset Management LLC has provided $35.6 million in first lien debt financing for the acquisition of three skilled nursing properties and two skilled nursing/assisted living facilities totaling 600 beds across North Carolina.

BARTLETT, Ill. — Love Funding has closed a $4.7 million loan to refinance Victory Centre of Bartlett Senior Apartments, an age-restricted community in Bartlett, approximately 30 miles northwest of Chicago.

FAIRFIELD, Calif. — Cushman & Wakefield Senior Housing Capital Markets has arranged a $26.4 million first mortgage loan to refinance Rockville Terrace, an assisted living community in the Bay Area city of Fairfield.
