BOSTON — Senior Housing Properties Trust (NYSE: SNH), the fifth-largest owner of seniors housing properties in the United States, has obtained a $620 million mortgage loan for two life sciences buildings in Boston’s Seaport District. 

NORTH AURORA, Ill. — Capital One has provided a $23.4 million HUD refinancing for a supportive living community and a skilled nursing facility, both located in North Aurora, approximately 40 miles west of Chicago.

BALTIMORE — Capital Funding Group (CFG) has provided $40 in financing for seniors housing communities throughout the United States in four separate transactions.

NEWTON, Mass. — The RMR Group Inc. (NASDAQ: RMR) has announced its plan to move the stock of all its managed companies from the New York Stock Exchange to the Nasdaq Stock Market. RMR’s managed companies include seniors housing owner Senior Housing Properties Trust and operator Five Star Senior Living.
