SAN MARCOS, Calif., and ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. — Capital Funding Group, a lender based in Baltimore, has provided a $6.8 million bridge-to-HUD loan for Village Square Skilled Nursing Facility and a $19.8 million HUD construction loan for Transitional Care of Arlington Heights.
SKILLMAN, N.J. — SunTrust Bank has provided a $56 million refinancing and new term loan for the expansion and renovation of Stonebridge at Montgomery, a continuing care retirement community in Skillman, located midway between New York City and Philadelphia.
NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. — Grandbridge Real Estate Capital’s Seniors Housing and Healthcare Finance team has arranged the $30.3 million refinancing of Brightview North Andover, a 133-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in the Boston suburb of North Andover.
