MERRILLVILLE, Ind. — McShane Construction Co. has completed the construction of Merrillville Memory Care, a 48-unit memory care community in Merrillville, approximately 40 miles southeast of Chicago.

PROSPECT HEIGHTS and BURR RIDGE, Ill. — Brookdale Senior Living, the largest owner/operator of seniors housing in the U.S., has announced a $4 million memory care conversion at its communities in the Chicago suburbs of Prospect Heights and Burr Ridge.

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas — Memory Care America, an operator based in Nashville, has opened Memory Care of New Braunfels, a 64-bed memory care community in the San Antonio suburb of New Braunfels.

CHANTILLY, Va. — The Arbor Company has started construction on Arbor Terrace Fairfax, a 48-unit memory care community in Chantilly, approximately 25 miles west of Washington, D.C.
