NORWALK, Conn. — EPOCH Senior Living, a regional operator, has broken ground on EPOCH at Norwalk, a 64-unit memory care community in the New York City suburb of Norwalk.

CREVE COEUR, Mo. — Senior Lifestyle Corp. has opened a welcome center at The Sheridan in Creve Coeur, the second of several senior living communities the company has under development in metro St. Louis.

DALLAS, Ga. — Westminster Memory Care has nearly completed development of a 48-unit memory care community in Dallas, approximately 30 miles northwest of Atlanta.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Koelsch Communities is developing Springs Ranch Memory Care Community, a 72-unit memory care community in Colorado Springs, approximately 65 miles south of Denver.

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — Dougherty & Co. has acquired an unfinished memory care community in Williamsburg for $7.5 million. The Minneapolis-based investment bank and brokerage firm will open the community as Berkeley Oaks and lease it to Solvere Senior Living, a New Jersey-based operator.
