FARNHAM, Va. — Commonwealth Assisted Living has announced plans to add six new memory care suites to Commonwealth Assisted Living at Farnham, the company’s existing community in Farnham, in eastern Virginia nestled between the Rappahannock River, Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay.

FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Drever Capital Management has unveiled plans for a new Windsong-branded memory care community in Fort Collins, approximately 60 miles north of Denver.

TINLEY  PARK, Ill. — Anthem Memory Care has opened its ninth community, Porter Place, in Tinley Park, approximately 30 miles southwest of Chicago.

VIERA and TAMPA, Fla. — Watercrest Senior Living Group is preparing to open its first Market Street Memory Care Residences in Viera, along the coast east of Orlando, and also announced plans for a second memory care community under the new brand in Tampa.

NORTH RIVERSIDE, Ill. — The Illinois St. Andrew Society has completed construction of The Caledonian House, a 20-unit memory care building in the Chicago Suburb of North Riverside.

MERRILLVILLE, Ind. — McShane Construction Co. has completed the construction of Merrillville Memory Care, a 48-unit memory care community in Merrillville, approximately 40 miles southeast of Chicago.
