Built in 2011, Crown Point Health Suites is a 96-unit, Class A+ facility in West Texas. Berkadia refinanced a portfolio of three skilled nursing facilities in Washington state for $26.2 million, or $120,212 per bed, utilizing HUD’s 232/223(f) program. Regional Health Properties Sells Three Skilled Nursing Facilities Nationwide for $24.1M
SUWANEE, Ga. — Suwanee-based Regional Health Properties (RHE) has completed the sale of three of four skilled nursing properties located in Oklahoma, Alabama and Georgia to affiliates of MED Healthcare Partners. The four-property transaction was previously disclosed by RHP in April. The three properties were sold for the purchase price of $26.1 million in cash.
