EUREKA, Mo. — St. Andrew’s Resources for Seniors System has broken ground on Summerville of St. Andrew’s, an active adult community in Eureka, approximately 30 miles southwest of St. Louis. The $23 million development is situated adjacent to its sister community, St. Andrew’s at Francis Place. The neighborhood-style development will feature 96 one- and two-bedroom units spread across 24 fourplex cottages. ST. LOUIS — SRZ Management has acquired NHC Healthcare Town & Country, a 282-bed skilled nursing facility in St. Louis. The seller was National Healthcare Corp. The price was not disclosed. WENTZVILLE and ST. CHARLES, Mo. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of two Boulevard-branded seniors housing communities in the St. Louis metro area for $97 million. The Boulevard Senior Living of St. Charles features 180 units and opened in 2018, and The Boulevard Senior Living at Wentzville features 139 units and opened in 2019. Blueprint Negotiates Lease for 140-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility Near Kansas City

LIBERTY, Mo. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has negotiated the lease with a new operator for Ashton Court Care and Rehabilitation Centre in the Kansas City suburb of Liberty. The property features a total of 140 skilled nursing beds. The operator sought to exit the state of Missouri to focus on its core markets. The incoming tenant has worked with Blueprint to become operator at 15 other facilities previously, and is strategically expanding within Missouri. The landlord is a REIT.

Blueprint Arranges Sale of 167-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of a 167-bed skilled nursing facility in St. Louis. A REIT owner sold the property, with the operating partner planning to exit Missouri altogether. Despite a $1.2 million renovation in 2015, occupancy and cash flow were both in decline. An East Coast-based owner-operator with an existing presence in the state was the buyer. Housing & Healthcare Finance sourced the acquisition loan. The price was not disclosed.

NEW YORK CITY — Greystone, a New York City-based healthcare facility owner and operator, has acquired 12 skilled nursing facilities and one supportive living community in Illinois and Missouri. SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has negotiated the sale of The Fremont, a 119-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Springfield.
