ST. CHARLES, Mo. — Arrow Senior Living Management, a St. Charles-based senior living community sales and management company, has hired Tracy Cecil as regional director for operations in the St. Louis region.
Most of Cecil’s 20-year healthcare career has been as a senior living administrator for independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing communities. As regional director for Arrow’s St. Louis operations, she is responsible for nearly 400 units at The Boulevard Senior Living at St. Charles, The Boulevard Senior Living at Wentzville, and the soon-to-open Kingsland Walk Senior Living in University City.
Cecil earned her bachelor’s degree in healthcare management from Lindenwood University, and her associate’s degree in occupational therapy from Meramec Community College.
Specializing in serving the middle-market senior living industry sector, Arrow Senior Living currently manages nearly 2,500 independent living, assisted living and memory care units and has nearly 1,000 additional units under construction. Arrow Senior Living communities are located in Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana and Florida.
