COZAD, Neb. — Cozad Community Health System has sold Meadowlark Pointe, an assisted living and memory care community located in Cozad. The buyer and sales price were not disclosed.
Built in 2006 and renovated in 2019, the property totals 49 units.
Bill Janis, Justin Valle, Jeff Rhodes and Cullen Nguyen of Decker Healthcare Group arranged the transaction.
According to a press release issued by Decker, the facility was “operating below its potential and generating negative cash flow” at the time of sale, “creating a compelling value-add opportunity.”
