Summit Healthcare REIT Acquires Interest in Four Skilled Nursing Facilities in Texas for $27M

GRANBURY, WOODVILLE, JACKSONVILLE and LONGVIEW, Texas — Summit Healthcare REIT Inc. has acquired a 10 percent interest in four skilled nursing facilities located in the cities of Granbury, Woodville, Jacksonville and Longview, Texas, for $27 million in a sale-leaseback transaction.
WEST DUNDEE, Ill. — Gardner Capital Development, in partnership with the Elgin Housing Authority, was awarded $1.5 million in Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) from the Illinois Housing Development Authority to develop West Dundee Senior Independent Living in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
