BETHESDA, Md. — Berkeley Point Capital has closed a $24.2 million Freddie Mac 7-year fixed rate term loan with an interest-only period for ROC Seniors Housing Fund Manager LLC, a subsidiary of Bridge Investment Group Partners LLC. The loan facilitated ROC’s purchase of Courtyard at Jamestown, a 132-unit assisted living and dementia care seniors housing community located in Provo, Utah that opened in 1999.

Lancaster Pollard has refinanced $23.2 million fixed-rate, taxable notes insured by the FHA Sec. 232/233(f) Program and a $5.3 million bridge-to-agency loan, provided by the firm, for two properties: Marina Bay, a 167-bed skilled nursing facility in Quincy, Mass., and West Acres, a 138-bed skilled nursing facility in Brockton, Mass.
