He will also continue to serve as senior managing director of asset management for CNL Financial Group, overseeing the company’s seniors housing and healthcare real estate portfolio.
DALLAS — Commercial real estate broker Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) has arranged the sale of a 14-property seniors housing portfolio totaling 1,038 units located in California, Oklahoma, Ohio, Texas, West Virginia and North Carolina. The purchase price was not disclosed.
LITTLE EGG HARBOR, N.J. — Institutional Property Advisors, a brokerage division of Marcus & Millichap, has arranged the sale of Arcadia Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for $15 million. The facility is located in Little Egg Harbor, about 30 miles north of Atlantic City.
