VERMONT — Capital Funding Group (CFG) has provided $13.4 million in financing for a 144-bed skilled nursing facility in Vermont. CFG worked to replace the bridge-to-HUD loan, which it also provided, into HUD financing. The name, location and borrower were not disclosed. Tim Eberhardt and Ava Julio originated the transaction for CFG.

Consisting of 191 units across all properties, the three communities — Hawk’s Nest in St. Albans, and Falcon Manor and Eagle Crest in Williston — serve independent senior tenants and were all developed under the Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. VALLEY STREAM, N.Y. — Oxford Finance LLC has arranged a $44.6 million senior credit facility and revolving line of credit to MDA Capital Group, a Valley Stream-based seniors housing consulting services firm. The proceeds are being used for the acquisition of five skilled nursing facilities located in Vermont totaling 527 licensed beds. Details on the properties and transaction were not disclosed.
