COLUMBUS, Ohio — Columbus-based financial services company Lancaster Pollard has hired Doug Harper and Casey Moore as managing directors of agency finance, and Joe Munhall as director of syndicated credit. All three hires come from Berkeley Point Capital where they served in similar capacities.

DENVER — Architecture firm Hord Coplan Macht has hired Gary Prager as a principal to lead the firm’s senior living team in Denver.

LOS ANGELES — CBRE Group, a Los Angeles-based real estate services firm, has promoted Aron Will, co-leader of CBRE Capital Markets’ National Senior Housing team, to vice chairman.

CHICAGO — Senior Lifestyle Corp. has promoted Justin Robins to executive vice president and chief administrative officer.

BALTIMORE — Erickson Living, a Baltimore-based developer and operator of continuing care retirement communities, has hired Sean Sands as the company’s new vice president of business strategy and development.
