BATAVIA, Ill. — Covenant Retirement Communities, a nonprofit seniors housing operator, has named Amanda Gosnell executive director of The Holmstad, a 38-acre continuing care retirement community in the Chicago suburb of Batavia.
Gosnell will direct a staff of over 320 and report to Joshua Anderson, associate vice president of operations for Covenant.
Gosnell has 10 years of seniors housing experience, most recently as regional director of operations for Sunrise Senior Living. In that position she oversaw a portfolio of nine independent living, assisted living and memory care communities in Illinois and Indiana.
Gosnell holds a bachelor’s degree in business/economics and sociology from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Ill.
