WNC Re-Hires Kelly Henderson as Senior Vice President of Originations for the Northeast

IRVINE, Calif. — WNC, an investor specializing in low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) including seniors housing, has hired Kelly Henderson as senior vice president of originations for the Northeast. Henderson previously spent nine years with the Irvine-based company as senior vice president in acquisitions.

(NYSE: BKD), the largest seniors housing owner/operator in the U.S., has named three new company executives — Labeeb Diab as chief operating officer, Lucinda “Cindy” Baier as chief financial officer and Mary Sue Patchett as executive vice president – community and field operations.
DENVER — Rob McAdams has joined Lancaster Pollard and will open a new office for the firm in Denver. McAdams will serve the lender’s clients in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana and Idaho and will oversee the structuring and funding of healthcare project financings for hospitals and senior living providers in those states.
