CANONSBURG, Pa. — Monticello Asset Management LLC has provided $9 million in first lien debt financing to Greenery Realty Group LLC, which will use the capital to acquire and renovate a skilled nursing facility in the Pittsburgh suburb of Canonsburg.

BROWNSVILLE, WESLACO, HARLINGEN and EDINBURG, Texas — KeyBank Real Estate Capital has provided a total of $84.7 million in FHA financing to refinance a six-property, 722-bed skilled nursing portfolio in Texas. The skilled nursing facilities total 722 beds.

WAUKEGAN, Ill. — Capital One has provided a $9.3 million fixed-rate HUD loan for the refinancing of a skilled nursing facility in Waukegan, located approximately midway between Chicago and Milwaukee. The name of the facility was not disclosed.

PERTH AMBOY, N.J. — Investment advisor Monticello Asset Management LLC has originated $28.5 million in financing for The Alameda Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, a skilled nursing facility in the New York City suburb of Perth Amboy.
