LOCKPORT, N.Y. — Capital Funding Group, a lender based in Baltimore, has provided $6.7 million bridge loan for the acquisition of Briody Health Care Facility, an 82-bed skilled nursing facility in the Buffalo suburb of Lockport.

CARBONDALE and ANNA, Ill. — Capital One has provided two fixed-rate, HUD 232/223(f) loans totaling $10.3 million to refinance a 70-bed skilled nursing facility in Anna and a 131-bed skilled nursing facility in Carbondale. The names of the facilities were not disclosed.

NEW YORK CITY and MIDDLETOWN, N.Y. — Capital Funding Group (CFG), a Baltimore-based lender, has provided two HUD refinancing loans for skilled nursing facilities in New York totaling $68.3 million.

CLEVELAND — KeyBank Real Estate Capital, a subsidiary of Cleveland-based KeyCorp, has provided $249 million in FHA financing to Formation Capital, a private investment management firm focused on seniors housing.
