HATBORO, Pa. — Capital Funding Group (CFG), a Baltimore-based lender, has arranged a $13.4 million bridge-to-HUD loan and a $1.5 million working capital loan for Luther Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a 140-bed skilled nursing facility in the Philadelphia suburb of Hatboro.
CHESTERTON, Ind. — Mainstreet, an Indiana-based skilled nursing developer, and skilled nursing operator Symphony Post Acute Network have opened Symphony of Chesterton, a 106-bed skilled nursing facility in Chesterton, approximately 45 miles southeast of Chicago, Ill.
CEDAR CITY and ST. GEORGE, Utah, and PARKER, Colo. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage Inc. has arranged the sale of three skilled nursing facilities — Crown Crest of Parker in the Denver suburb of Parker, Kolob Regional Care in Cedar City and Rehab and Kolob Care in St. George — for $31.8 million.
