RICHMOND, Ind. — Mainstreet, an Indiana-based developer of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, has opened the doors on The Springs of Richmond, a 70-bed property in Richmond, which is located midway between Indianapolis and Columbus, Ohio.
