GRANBURY, WOODVILLE, JACKSONVILLE and LONGVIEW, Texas — Summit Healthcare REIT Inc. has acquired a 10 percent interest in four skilled nursing facilities located in the cities of Granbury, Woodville, Jacksonville and Longview, Texas, for $27 million in a sale-leaseback transaction.

AMSTERDAM and CASTLETON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. — Healthcare Transactions Group Inc. has arranged the sale of Capstone Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Amsterdam, and Riverside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, an 80-bed skilled nursing facility in Castleton-on-Hudson. The sale prices were not disclosed.
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — Welbrook Senior Living and Embree Healthcare Group have started construction of a new transitional rehabilitation facility in Grand Junction, and have secured final financing for the project from CNL Healthcare Properties, a real estate investment trust (REIT) based in Orlando, Fla.
