TULSA, Okla. — Senior Living Investment Brokerage (SLIB) has arranged the sale of Companions Specialized Care, a skilled nursing facility in Tulsa, for $3.5 million.

GRANBURY, WOODVILLE, JACKSONVILLE and LONGVIEW, Texas — Summit Healthcare REIT Inc. has acquired a 10 percent interest in four skilled nursing facilities located in the cities of Granbury, Woodville, Jacksonville and Longview, Texas, for $27 million in a sale-leaseback transaction.

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of Kindred Hallmark, a 107-bed skilled nursing facility in the coastal Massachusetts town of New Bedford, for $3.2 million.

AMSTERDAM and CASTLETON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. — Healthcare Transactions Group Inc. has arranged the sale of Capstone Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Amsterdam, and Riverside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, an 80-bed skilled nursing facility in Castleton-on-Hudson. The sale prices were not disclosed.
