MARTINEZ, Ga. — Charter Senior Living has assumed the management of a Ventas-owned community located in Martinez, approximately five miles northwest of downtown Augusta.
The property has been rebranded as Charter Senior Living of Martinez.
Charter’s portfolio of managed communities now totals 75 properties throughout the country.
