CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. — Commonwealth Senior Living has added two new regional vice presidents to support the Charlottesville-based company’s current expansion pipeline of 10 communities.
Ann Bowe was named regional vice president of Hampton Roads. She has 20 years of experience working in the senior living industry, most recently with Heartland Hospice.
In her new role, Bowe will oversee the operations at Commonwealth Senior Living at The Ballentine (Norfolk, Va.), Commonwealth Senior Living at Churchland House (Portsmouth, Va.), Commonwealth Senior Living at Hampton (Hampton, Va.), and Commonwealth Senior Living at Williamsburg (Williamsburg, Va.).
Derrick Mathis was named regional vice president of northern communities. He is a longtime associate of the company, having served as executive director of Commonwealth Senior Living at Charlottesville since 2018. He has over 15 years in the senior living industry.
In his new role, Mathis will oversee the operations at Commonwealth Senior Living at Front Royal, and new communities in Harrisburg, Pa,; Hagerstown, Md; Cockeysville, Md,; Bel Air, Md.; and Berryville, Va.
