Congress Building, Consigli Construction Complete $60M Skilled Nursing Facility Near New York City

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — A joint venture between Congress Building Corp. and Consigli Construction have completed construction of The White Plains Institute for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in White Plains, about 15 miles northeast of New York City.

The five-story building totals 110,000 square feet. Development costs were estimated at $60 million. The property also includes a memory care neighborhood. The number of beds was not disclosed.

The Congress Cos. developed the property, which White Plains Health Care Properties owns. The Architectural Team designed the property, and Epic Healthcare will be the operator.
