SAN DIEGO — Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the sale of Felicita Vida, a 91-unit assisted living and memory care community in San Diego.
Torrey Pines Development Group sold the community to Healthcare Trust Inc., a public, non-traded real estate investment trust based in New York. The price was not disclosed.
Located in the Escondido submarket, the Class A community was completed in 2015. The two-story property sits on a 4.3-acre site. The unit mix comprises 53 assisted living units and 38 memory care units (64 beds).
The Cushman & Wakefield team involved in the transaction included Rick Swartz, Jay Wagner, Aaron Rosenzweig, Dan Baker, Tim Hosmer and Bailey Nygard.
