PERRYVILLE, Md. — Greysteel has arranged the sale of Fairgreen Senior Apartments, a 92-unit affordable housing community in Perryville, a small town located between Philadelphia and Baltimore.
BCI Management acquired the age-restricted property from an undisclosed seller for $7.5 million.
Built in 2005, the community offers one-bedroom units for an average rent of $675 and two-bedroom units for an average rent of $855.
Ari Firoozabadi, Alicia Orkisz, Ari Azarbarzin and Henry Mathies of Greysteel negotiated the sale on behalf of the seller.
