MINNEAPOLIS — Health Dimensions Group (HDG) has promoted Colin Higgins to vice president of market analysis and research.
With more than 20 years of experience in senior living and healthcare, Higgins is an expert in market research, demand analysis, feasibility studies and competitive assessments for post-acute, long-term care and senior living providers as part of their business plan development. In addition, his passion for improving the lives of older adults has inspired his role on HDG’s PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) Technical Assistance Center leadership team.
In his position, Higgins works closely with clients throughout every step of the journey in implementing or expanding their PACE services— from exploring feasibility and securing regulatory approvals from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), to developing programming. He also supports HDG’s clients in assessing senior living and care demand in existing and planned markets.
Based in Minneapolis, HDG manages 53 senior care and living communities in nine states and serves more than 2,600 residents.
