NEW YORK CITY — IDB Bank, a New York-based private and commercial bank, has hired Andrew Boland as senior vice president and head of healthcare, which includes seniors housing. He will report to Michael Paul, senior vice president and head of Mid-Corporate Lending.
Boland has almost two decades of experience in health-related banking and financial services. He arrives from Popular Bank, where he formulated strategies and business generation for a national healthcare platform as team leader.
Prior to that, he served as vice president at both M&T Bank Corp. and Lloyds Banking Group, gaining experience in areas such as portfolio management, implementing customer strategy and assessing corporate banking opportunities.
