CARLSBAD, Calif. — Collette Valentine, the chief operating officer and chief operating officer of Integral Senior Living (ISL), a senior living management company based in Carlsbad, has been named to the Board of Argentum. She will serve a three-year term for the seniors housing trade association formerly known as the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA).
Valentine has been the CEO/COO of ISL since 2014. She joined the company in 2010 as the vice president of operations and marketing.
Prior to joining ISL, Valentine was with Merrill Gardens for almost five years, serving as vice president of operations. She has also worked at Atria Senior Living Group as a regional vice president of operations, as well as a variety of other positions including executive director of a community.
Valentine began her career with Harrah’s Entertainment as a hotel sales manager. She is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a degree in business management and is certified as a Residential Care for the Elderly (RCFE) administrator.
