OVERLAND PARK, Kan., and BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. — LANE4 Property Group has started construction of two independent living communities in the Kansas City suburbs of Overland Park and Blue Springs.
The communities, both named Novel Place, will each offer 134 apartments in a three-story building.
Omaha-based NewStreet Properties has joined LANE4 as investment partners for both locations. Davidson Architecture and Engineering will provide architectural services for each project. Centric will provide construction services.
Academy Bank will provide financing for Novel Place of Blue Springs and Security Bank will provide financing for Novel Place of Overland Park.
Construction is scheduled for completion by summer 2020.
