EVANSTON, Ill. — Mather LifeWays has hired Meredith Boyle as senior vice president of strategic initiatives.
Boyle will develop strategic partnerships, collaboration and alliances that supports the mission of the company, an Evanston-based seniors housing development and research firm.
Boyle brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the role, with an expertise in marketing, sales, branding, finance and enterprise growth. She most recently worked at BB&T Capital Markets in Richmond, Virginia.
Mather LifeWays hopes Boyle will help expand strategic partnerships, affiliations, and relationships with senior living providers, organizations, companies, and educational institutions. The goal is to increase Mather LifeWays’ reach and grow the number older adults served. She will also work with team members to conceive and implement innovative practices and approaches to serving older adults, with special emphasis on workforce initiatives and wellness.
