MANAHAWKIN, N.J. — Walters has completed Cornerstone At Stafford, a 100-unit age- and income-restricted apartment community in Manahawkin, located approximately 55 miles southeast of Philadelphia near Manahawkin Bay.
The three-story development consists of one-bedroom and a limited number of two-bedroom residences. Monthly rents range from $874 to $994 for one bedroom, and from $1,048 to $1,250 for two bedrooms. The property is part of the larger Stafford Park development, which includes standard multifamily and retail.
The development is open to adults over age 55 who do not make more than 60 percent of the county’s median income.
Walters manages every aspect of a development from design and construction to property management. The developer has several income-restricted housing developments underway throughout New Jersey.
