GRIFFIN, Ga. — Pennrose and the Griffin Housing Authority have opened Terraces at the Park, a 68-unit affordable seniors housing community in Griffin, approximately 40 miles south of Atlanta.

The grand opening completes the final phase of the Meriwether Homes public housing redevelopment, which includes the 84-unit Oaks at Park Pointe and 85-unit Iris at Park Pointe.

Terraces at the Park offers one- and two-bedroom apartments overlooking the City Park golf course.
