FORT MILL, S.C. — Phoenix Senior Living has acquired Autumn Leaves of Fort Mill, a in Fort Mill, located just across the state border from Charlotte, N.C.
The property offers 50 units of memory care. Phoenix will rebrand the community as The Pearl at Fort Mill.
The Pearl at Fort Mill marks Phoenix’s sixth specialized memory care community throughout the Southeast and fourth South Carolina property. Phoenix Senior Living now operates 23 senior living communities throughout the Southeast.
