Presbyterian Senior Living Promotes Kate Andreacci, Dan Krieger, Charles Gergits to New Roles

DILLSBURG, Pa. — Presbyterian Senior Living (PSL), a Dillsburg-based operator, has promoted Kate Andreacci to vice president of life plan services.

In her new role, Andreacci will be responsible for the identification of future opportunities for expansion of programming, the development and implementation of strategy, and the assurance of quality service for the company’s portfolio of continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs).

Andreacci has been with PSL for over five years and has served as senior executive director, regional director of operations and, most recently, regional vice president of operations.

Dan Krieger was promoted to senior vice president of risk, compliance and business development. Since joining PSL, he has served in multiple capacities, most recently developing the relationship and ultimate purchase of Benchmark Therapies.

Krieger will be responsible for serving as the primary interface with insurance and legal representatives, including leading and managing PSL’s relationships with external legal counsel. He will also have responsibility for the identification, development and implementation of new business lines and partnerships that enhance the service package of PSL.

Charles Gergits was promoted to area director and will have oversight of the PSL CCRCs in eastern Pennsylvania: Kirkland Village and Cathedral Village. Gergits has served PSL in multiple capacities in nursing, administrator and executive director roles.
