ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., RICHMOND, Va., and PRINCETON, N.J. — Solutions Advisers Group, its management arm Solvere Senior Living and consulting and advertising partner Solutions Advisors have appointed three new senior staff.
Brad Clowney has been hired as senior vice president of finance and asset management for Solvere Senior Living in St. Petersburg. He brings more than 17 years of experience in progressive corporate finance experience across the senior living, healthcare and banking industries.
Clowney oversees finance and accounting services for Solvere-managed communities, develops pro formas for new development and drives market research to evaluate Solvere management and acquisition opportunities. Prior to his new position with Solvere, Clowney was a finance leader for the Southeast region of publicly traded healthcare corporation Civitas Solutions.
Beth Simos has joined Solutions Advisors’ Richmond team as senior vice president. She brings more than 30 years of operational leadership and strategic marketing experience in both the private and public sector industries, including 13 years of experience in senior living marketing at the agency level.
Simos is responsible for leading and managing the company’s expanding marketing services team in a wide variety of marketing disciplines, including consumer research, brand development, event planning, and direct response and digital marketing. She also oversees creative, production, research media and account management teams.
Simos is a Certified Direct Marketer and brings in-depth knowledge of direct marketing programs and expertise in lead generation and customer engagement strategies. Prior to Solutions Advisors, she served as vice president managing director at a marketing and advertising agency focused on senior living.
Joseph Geiser has been appointed director of dining services for Solvere Senior Living and brings an extensive background in senior living industry food service management, as well as corporate and non-profit organizations. Based in Princeton, he is a Certified Dietary Manager and Certified Food Protection Professional and oversees all aspects of culinary services for Solvere-managed communities across the country.
Geiser supervises menu development, nutritional guidelines, hiring and training food service directors, establishing budgets, and ensuring that the dining experience across all communities delivers a high standard of customer service. He started his more than 30-year career as a lead cook for a full-service restaurant and worked his way up the career ladder to director of food and beverage operations at more than a half dozen senior living communities.
Prior to coming to Solvere, Geiser served as operations director for food and beverage at Madison York Assisted Living.
