VERO BEACH, Fla. — Sonata Senior Living, an Orlando-based owner, developer and operator, has started construction of a memory care expansion at its Sonata Vero Beach community.
The expansion, which will operate under the “Serenades” brand, is scheduled to open this June.
The expansion will feature a streetscape design and a maximum of 18 residents in each neighborhood to help with caregiver oversight.
