WHITE HALL, Ark. — Strawberry Fields REIT LLC has acquired The Waters of White Hall, a skilled nursing in White Hall, approximately 35 miles south of Little Rock, for $6.9 million.
The property is Strawberry Fields’ 10th skilled nursing facility in Arkansas. The facility features 120 beds. The buyer received a $5.1 million mortgage loan to fund the acquisition.
Infinity Healthcare of Arkansas will provide consulting services. Infinity and its sister companies have a long-term relationship with many other Strawberry Fields operator tenants.
With this acquisition, Strawberry Fields now owns over 70 nursing homes throughout the country.
“The Waters of White Hall fits well geographically into our overarching portfolio; the facility has a great census and is performing well,” says Moishe Gubin, CEO of Strawberry Fields.
