APOPKA, Fla. — SunTrust Banks Inc. has provided $29.7 million in financing for the construction of a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the Orlando suburb of Apopka,
The borrower is Greystone Healthcare Management Corp. The 180-bed, 101,811-square-foot development will sit on 9.8 acres across from Florida Hospital Apopka.
Construction began in April 2019 and is slated for completion by early 2021.
Established in 2001, Greystone Healthcare Management operates 28 facilities in Florida.
