DAYTON, Ohio — United Church Homes (UCH), an Ohio-based provider of senior living and healthcare services, has acquired Brookdale Miami Township, an independent living community in Dayton.
The new owner will also take over operations of the three-story, 108-unit community, rebranding it as Trinity Community at Miami Township. This is UCH’s fourth community in the Dayton metro area.
Residents at the UCH Trinity family of communities have access to higher levels of assistance and healthcare services when needed, including in-residence hospice services provided through a new partnership, Ohio’s Hospice at United Church Homes.
United Church Homes is one of the nation’s largest providers of senior living and healthcare services for older adults, with 74 senior living communities in 14 states and two Native American nations.
