MILWAUKEE and GERMANTOWN, Wis. — Lancaster Pollard has arranged HUD refinancing loans totaling $23.3 million for two Capri Communities seniors housing facilities in Wisconsin.
In the first transaction, Lancaster Pollard arranged $13.8 million for The Gables of Germantown, a 72-unit assisted living and memory care community in the Milwaukee suburb of Germantown. The loan features a 35-year term. In addition to refinancing existing debt, the loan will fund $425,000 in repairs.
In the second transaction, Lancaster Pollard arranged $9.5 million for The Polonaise at Wilson Commons, a 75-unit assisted living facility in Milwaukee. The loan features a 35-year term and will fund $525,000 in repairs in addition to refinancing the community’s debt.
Brendan Healy and Brad Competty led both transactions for Lancaster Pollard.
Capri Communities is a Wisconsin-based seniors housing operator founded in 1992.
