NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. — Senior living developer and operator Clearwater Living has promoted Danielle Morgan to the role of chief executive officer with the company.
Morgan, who joined Clearwater in 2017, has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services and senior living industries. Prior to joining Clearwater, Morgan held the role of chief operations officer of MBK Senior Living. She also serves on the board of directors for the California Assisted Living Association (CALA) and as a member of the executive board for the American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA).
Clearwater also announced that Kristine Delgado has been promoted to chief revenue officer.
Newport Beach-based Clearwater is an affiliated of parent company InSite Realty Advisors, a full-service real estate advisory, investment and development firm. Clearwater’s portfolio includes almost 20 communities under management.
