COVINGTON, La. — Blueprint has arranged the sale of Sage Lake Senior Living of Covington, an assisted living and memory care community located approximately 40 miles outside New Orleans.
Opened in 2019, the community comprises 82 units. According to Blueprint, the property achieved a trailing twelve-month operating margin of 33.4 percent at the time of marketing.
Brooks Blackmon, Amy Sitzman, Lauren Nagle, Jake Rice and Harry Porter of Blueprint brokered the transaction on behalf of the undisclosed seller.
