FORT WAYNE, Ind. — Specialty investment bank Ziegler has announced the closing of the sale of The Village at Anthony Boulevard, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) located in Fort Wayne. Ziegler served as the exclusive financial adviser to the seller, Lutheran Life Villages (LLV).
Casa Consulting, a seniors housing operator, acquired the property for an undisclosed price.
Ziegler began working with LLV in 2025 to assess the future of the CCRC, according to a release issued by the firm.
