GLASTONBURY, Conn. — Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the sale of The Residence at Glastonbury, a 135-unit seniors housing community located in Glastonbury.
American Healthcare REIT acquired the property for an undisclosed price. LCB Senior Living will continue to operate the community on behalf of the new ownership.
The property features assisted living and memory care units.
Joshua Jandris, Brett Gardner, Jason Skalko and Robert Bracci of Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale.
