GARLAND, Texas — KWA Construction has broken ground on Firewheel Senior Living Residences, a 154-unit seniors housing community in Garland, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
The 171,572-square-foot upscale is named after its proximity to the Firewheel Golf Course. The types of care offered was not disclosed.
KWA is working with Seneca Investments and architect David Kirch to build the project. Construction is expected to be complete by the end of 2018.
KWA Construction is a Dallas-based general contractor specializing in multifamily developments.
