NRP Group Opens 62-Unit Mixed-Income Community in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio

CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio — A public-private partnership between The NRP Group and the City of Cuyahoga Falls has opened Brookside Residences, a mixed-income seniors housing community in Cuyahoga Falls, a suburb of Akron.

Developed by The NRP Group, the property features four buildings plus a clubhouse on 2.6 acres. Of the 62 total units, 54 are set aside as affordable. Common areas will feature paintings by Susan Check, an artist doing a series on the Cuyahoga River in northeast Ohio.

The NRP Group developed Brookside Residences in partnership with a 9 percent tax credit program from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency.
