Charter Senior Living Takes Over Operations of Memory Care Community Near Chicago

GLEN ELLYN, Ill. — Charter Senior Living has been selected to manage Autumn Leaves of Glen Ellyn, a 46-unit memory care community in Glen Ellyn, approximately 23 miles west of Chicago.

The community, which will be renamed Charter Senior Living of Glen Ellyn, brings Charter’s portfolio to 13 communities in nine states.
